Hotel Policies and rules to be agreed to when renting guest rooms:

• Maximum occupancy of our guestrooms is: 2-bed guest room has maximum occupancy of 5. A king room has a maximum occupancy of 3. If there are more than the maximum numbers of guests found in a room, you will be asked to rent another guestroom for proper accommodations or vacate the hotel.

• Please be mindful of other guests in the hotel and keep noise levels to a minimum. This hotel has a zero tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from other guests you will be issued a warning. If there is a 2nd noise complaint you will be asked to leave the hotel premises without a refund.
  
  
• No underage drinking or illegal substances are permitted in the hotel guestrooms. Either of these violations will result in immediate expulsion from the hotel premises and the involvement of law enforcement.
  
  
• The Comfort Inn Charleston assumes no responsibility for any damages to vehicles or for valuables left in vehicles in our parking lot areas or valuables left in guest rooms. Rooms are available with safes for those guests requiring them. Please enquire about safes at the desk area if you should require one.
  
  
• The person who rented and signed for the room will be charged for any damages or theft sustained in the guest room which you occupy or to any hotel property damaged by you or your guest.
  
  
• The person who rented and signed for the room will be charged for special cleaning fees for smoking in a designated non-smoking guest room which you and you guest occupy or any other abnormal cleaning that must be done to the room you rented.
  
  
• PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES, ONLY HOTEL GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING POOLS, HOT TUBS AND FITNESS CENTER.

Pet Policy/Pet Room Agreement
Welcome furry friends, we hope you enjoy your visit with us. Guardians acknowledge the following rules and agree to adhere to them by signing an agreement at check in.

1. Pets are only allowed in designated rooms.
2. Pets are defined as cats and dogs. Other pets are prohibited.
3. A weight limit if 100 lbs. or less per pet is acceptable with a two pet maximum.
4. Leashes are required on dogs when out of the room.
5. Pets may walk on the property outdoors with the exception of the pool and spa areas. Pick up and remove all waste.
6. Pets should not be left alone in vehicles at any time.
7. Loud pets will be asked to leave so other guests will not be disturbed, no refunds will be given.
8. Damages to the room by a pet will be charged to the guardian.
9. This hotel will not be legally or otherwise responsible for personal property damage by any pet, nor harm to any guest.
